We roll-form .027 or .032 K-style at the curb, then hang it on hidden screw hangers 24–30 inches into rafter tails. Every run is pitched 1/4 inch per 10 feet.
Fascia and drip-edge are set before the hang. A 6-inch trough takes 3x4 downspouts. 316 stainless micro-mesh goes on after the trough is clean.
How it works

On-site roll-formed .027 or .032 aluminum, 5-inch or 6-inch K-style, pitched 1/4 inch per 10 feet. Hidden screw hangers every 24–30 inches into rafter tails. A 6-inch run takes 3x4 downspouts; a 5-inch run takes 2x3. 316 stainless micro-mesh goes on after the trough is clean. Fascia, soffit, and drip-edge are set before the hang.
