316 Stainless Micro-Mesh After Pine Load in Ringgold

A Catoosa County lot under pine and oak was climbing the ladder after every cell. Vinyl guards had curled. We cleaned, re-pitched, confirmed hangers, and set 316 stainless mesh.

Problem: Needles sewing through old screen. Vinyl lifting at the front lip. Overflow onto a clay-soil crawlspace along the Battlefield Parkway side of town.

Diagnosis: Mesh was the wrong product, not “guards don’t work.” Trough had dead pitch at one corner. Fascia was sound. Licensed TN & GA crew, not a one-off Georgia trip.

Work: Full clean and flush, hanger check, pitch correction, 316 stainless ~50 mesh on existing K-style, annual inspection recommended. No kitchen-table pitch.

Outcome: Needles sit on the mesh and blow off or rinse. Owner still gets a yearly look, not a monthly climb.
